At Oatz N More, we collaborate with several logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of all orders. For purchases within Peninsular Malaysia, we aim to have your order delivered within 3-6 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Charges:
- Flat Rate: RM10.00 per order within Peninsular Malaysia
- Free Shipping: For orders above RM100 and delivery within Peninsula Malaysia
- For shipping to East Malaysia, Whatsapp us at +6017 886 1861 to inquire about the current shipping rates due to fluctuations in the shipping fees.
Damages:
- OatzNMore.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and let us know so that we can help you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Refunds Policy

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
- We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for all items within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging, in good condition, and unused.
To Return or Exchange an Item:
- Email the following details to sharon@oatznmore.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s):
- Buyer’s Name
- Contact Number
- Order ID
- Reason for exchange or refund
We will respond to your email within 2 business days. The item must be returned within 7 days of our confirmation. If the buyer fails to do so, Oatz N More reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a refund.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Return shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.
- Oatz N More will bear the cost for shipping replacement products.
- Replacement products are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, the buyer may choose an alternative product and pay any price difference. For example, if the return item is priced at RM20 and the replacement item is RM30, the buyer must pay the additional RM10 before the replacement is shipped.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and confirm the returned item(s) as meeting our return policy conditions.
- Upon qualification, Oatz N More will issue a full refund within 3 business days.
