What if I provided the wrong address or contact information?

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

We offer competitive shipping rates:

  • Flat Rate: RM10.00 per order within Peninsular Malaysia
  • Free Shipping: For orders above RM100 and delivery within Peninsula Malaysia
  • For shipping to East Malaysia, Whatspp +6017 886 1861 to inquire about the current shipping rates due to fluctuations in the shipping fees.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

After processing, which takes 3-6 days, you will receive an email or Whatsapp with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) at this time.

How are your nuts prepared?

Our nuts are lightly roasted at low temperatures to ensure they stay fresh and retain their nutritional value.

What is the best way to store my snacks?

  • Muesli and Granola Clusters: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature after opening. Store sealed packs away from sunlight and heat.
  • Other Oat-Based Treats: Store in a cool and dry place.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently operate exclusively online. All our products are available for purchase through our website 24/7.

Can I pick up my order at your office?

Yes, order pick-up can be arranged. Contact our service department for more details.

What if my question isn’t answered here?

Email us at sharon@oatznmore.com or WhatsApp us at +6017 886 1861. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends). Our working hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

Are your products Halal certified?

Oatz N More is not halal certified, however most of our suppliers are. All of our products do not contain pork, lard or alcohol-based ingredients.

Can I include a greeting card with my gift order?

Absolutely! After placing your order, contact us to arrange for a greeting card.

Can I customize an order for gifting?

Yes, we offer customization for gift orders. Provide us with your budget and preferences, and we will curate a special gift for you.

What should I do if my order is missing items, damaged, or incorrect?
